As you recall, a few days ago my z50's screen stopped working. Well, last night I finally got around to calling the tech support number in the manual. The operator was able to determine that my machine was under warranty from the serial number, and got my postal address. At 8:30 this morning, the airborne express people were at my door with an empty box. I dropped in the z50, and they whisked it away.
We'll see when and how it comes back, but getting the machine off to them was completely painless. Good work, guys!
