Found another good book. It's a bit tough to get, but it's worth it. This one is Dice Games Properly Explained by uberdesigner Reiner Knizia. It's basically broken into two sections, games of pure luck and games of skill. Between the two sections is a section on dice theory. This book, though, is all about rules. It's got rules for a couple-hundred rules for dice games. Great stuff, and it only cost me about $13 to get it from the UK.
