I'm preparing myself for the GDC thing. I'm doing the expo coverage, even though not many folks in the poll were interested in it. I promise to add lots of scantily-clad booth-bims, so the kids out there can engulge their fantasies.

Will somebody please explain to me what "all your base are belong to us" means?
I feel like it's some kind of colossal inside joke, and everybody's snickering behind my back because I'm the only person left who doesn't get it --sorta like I felt when I was at the anime convention a few months ago and I saw lots of hand-drawn sketches of giant-breasted bikini-women with fox-heads. I knew there had to be something behind it, but I had no idea what it was, and I knew I'd be viewed as some kind of lowbrow if I asked if they were actually based on something or if they were just the object of some kind of disturbing masturbatory fantasies.
Well, I'm not so proud this time!
I realize that you'll probably get punched in the arm by everybody else for spilling the beans on the nationwide joke to which I'm not privy, but you'll gain my eternal respect.
