Cover CDs

I know this topic has been up about a hundred times but I didn''t find any search feature. Any ways, which magazines/cds has your game/app been on?
My last game Destruction was on PC Hemma, www.pchemma.nu, though they mainly accept Swedish programs and some Australian magazine (PC power Australia or something like that). I found it quite difficult to get in on any cds so I''d really appreciate some help here!

Hi!
pc games (germany) has shareware games on the cover cd.
gamestar (also germany) has shareware games on the dvd version.

Does anyone else know any magazines which accept shareware titles?
For those of you who have missed it; www.typemania.de is some sort of agency which puts shareware titles on various cover cds for free!

Midget Wars got on the cover DVD of the January 2003 PC Gamer (uk).
