its been a long time since i used delphi but if i remeber
rightly you just include uses OpenGL.Just tried a simple program and it ran fine

Have a look at Nehe''s tutorials, there''s a Delphi translation of each at the bottom. I''m pretty sure there was only glaux to download separate. You can get that at :
