Here''s a shoot ''em up type game for you. Should run on Win 95/98, P100 or faster, 640x480x16 mode, and DX7 (3D support w/4MB recommended). Download size is about 1.5MB. I would like to know what kind of system you have and how well it runs on it. Thanks! http://www.geocities.com/subpixelgames/index.html

Very Well done, I like!
I think it's one of the best I've seen of that type of games...
good job with the sound.

as for the info: Pentium II 300mhz, 32mb, Trident3D AGP 4mb, Windows 98, DirectX7.0a.

AquDev - It is what it is.
Thanks, it''s nice to hear it runs on someone else''s computer. I get about
60 fps during gameplay, with everything turned on, music, fx, and maximum
particle explosions. You can turn on the FPS counter with the F key.

And even though I didn''t say it would run on Win2k, would anybody with Win2k
care to try it out?

SubPixel
Well, it doesn''t seem that many people have Win2k. But as long as you
have a 3D card and DirectX 7, I believe the game should run smoothly.
It''s my first game and I haven''t tested it on many computers, so let
me know if works.

Win98, PIII-450, Riva TNT2 Ultra 32MB, 128MB RAM, IE + some small apps running: 75fps.

Good work.
Well i didn''t check the FPS counter but i know one thing:

Your game is FUN!

The movement is smooth, the sounds are fine, the idea cool!
I always wanted to shoot these irritating AD Banners.

The only thing i would like to see is movement up and down not only left and right.

Keep up the good work!

Here these words vilifiers and pretenders, please let me die in solitude...
Muy excelente. I have a pair of comments...

1) Have you considered a career in advertisement?
2) The white light of death started appearing in the same level
as the electric no smoke sign showed up. Coincidence?

I didn''t check FPS, but it ran quite smoothly, p2400w/128mbram. And you wouldn''t believe how much fun it was to destroy the abomination known as the pokemon sign, you should put some more in there as bonus levels, just for sheer entertainment.

Sorry, no to both questions.

It's kind of funny, when I was making that game, I surfed the net just to
look at the graphics of banner ads. The Pokemon ad was the last one I
did, and I think it was one of the best looking ones. Personally, I like
blasting away at the Chihuahua taco dog.

Win 98, Celeron 300A, 128 MB, TNT2 32MB got a steady 60FPS
The sound FX totally make the game! :-)

Oh I got some stress relief shooting that taco bell dog. Taco Bell was the best fast food restaurant in town, absolutely delicious, then they changed a lot of things for some reason, chips, burritos (some), etc., and it''s not very good anymore. grr.
