Hey! I have a strange problem perhaps someone else has experienced as well. Using the glColor3f(.... syntax, I find that my green and blue works fine, but any value of red is just black ! What gives here?? I am using VC5.0, on a Geforce with 5.22 detonators I am pretty sure I am using the latest header/library files for OGL but this has me stumped. Please any ideas?? Cel

at the moment I''m not sure, Have got some ideas though. You say that glColor3f works, what about other glColor functions.

Well I have only tried using glColor3f(.. on some polys in the render function.

This phenomenon only occurs when I use the code from NeHe''s tutes for loading a bitmap as a texture.
If I dont include any of the bitmap loading routines, the colours work fine.

But I mean I need to load textures so.....

Thnx, Cel
