C/C++ compiler for MacOS

anyone know of a free or low-cost C/C++ compiler for the MacOS. i need one that will run on System 7.5.x (possibly earlier SSW) and a 68LC040. the only one i know of is CodeWarrior, but the latest version (5.0) requires a PowerPC.
