Decent tile editor?

First, I''m sorry I posted this to wrong place, it should be here.
Anyway, I''m searching for a good tile editor. Tile Studio is plain crap, don''t recommend it. I would use my own editor (http://koti.mbnet.fi/paulkp) but it has 256 colors and I need to draw some true color graphics.
I think Wally is the best around...
I don''t know if they have upgraded to true colours, though.
But it''s a tool that has been developed for a few years now, so I am sure it could be useful.

Well.. eh.. where can I download Wally? The so called 3dfuckloads.com never works.
I wonder if there is editor where right mouse button means "erase this f***ing pixel". Well, MY editor does that, for sure.

Wally is used for making textures in Quakelikes, I am sure if you try on FilePlanet you should be able to find it. Otherwise, try the excellent site Polycount, they have a cool tools sections, maybe Wally is in there.
