Tri-Linear filtering OpenGL

Hi,

Does anyone know how to use trilinear filtering with OpenGL? I only know of mipmap and bilinear filtering.. Am I supposed to use extentions?

with glTexParameter( ... )

GL_LINEAR_MIPMAP_NEAREST is bilinear
GL_LINEAR_MIPMAP_LINEAR is trilinear
