Defining audio frame
Hi,
I'm trying to process an audio stream I have, and perform various actions on them. However, I'm not sure exactly how I should be going about doing this.
For example, I read a WAV file as an input and it's made up of these:
414 202 423 0 0 231
Let's say this represented one second.
What would constitute a frame of 10ms (with overlapping)?
I would like to take the Hamming window of the frame:

If I was to perform a Hamming Window on each "frame", would that mean that the first one would be n = 414, N = 1? (in the eq. in the above link)?
I've started to understand the maths behind FFT and such, but I'm not sure how this is literally applied to the stream.
