Do someone here know about any good c++ tutorials on basics in c++ and on graphics programming???

Get a book! There are plenty of decent books in the libraries (at least around here), check the university if you have one anywhere near. Or buy one, it''s not that expensive. Sooner or later you''ll pick up one or a few as references. The C++ programming language by Bjarne Stroustrup is a good one i might add - for $60. Covers _every_ aspect of C++ (he created the darn language, so no wonder). It might be a bit tough on the newbie though.
