I made Mapmaker in college a few years ago. I followed the same process a lot of you are probably doing now - buying books, hacking around, slowly learning.

It can be wicked irritating sometimes - I remember bugs that had me in a bad mood for days, and trying to get help on BBSs - but it''s just like everything else - if you stick with it, you eventually learn it.

The site loads fine for me, but I get an error when I move the mouse over the links at the top (Company, Products, etc). I''m using IE5.
