I've been F5ing here and there trying to update the number of views and replies for some particular threads in mind, but the numbers don't change until after some long moments (like 2 hours or so, felt like that long).

I am wondering if one of the admins can answer this question by telling me how frequent does the numbers update?

The number of views is probably inaccurate I'd say.. mostly because of our caching mechanism. It depends whether you are logged in or not how it updates.

I've noticed on some sites it also depends on whether you refresh or return to the site. Could try CTRL (or CMD) + F5. It essentially is like you cleared the cache on your end.
