Designer/Tester for tactical multiplayer space war game

War to the Core, an online space tactical warfare game, is releasing its first alpha build so we are now looking for internal designers/testers to push the game from "playable" to "enjoyable."

This is a single role, not two. Basically we want to improve our gameplay experience to make it more fun and engaging, so you will help us to improve the game design to the game more exciting. Your job is:
1. Help us find bugs and resolve them by identifying repro steps.
2. Contribute ideas to help guide the overall game design as well as specific features.

You would also help us understand the public testers' views as well what they are looking for. You will be doing tests both within our own team and other internal testers, as well as out in the open with beta testers.

Please note this is NOT a beta testing request. We are not looking for someone to try the game, give feedback and leave. We are looking for a long term commitment to work as part of the team.

Requirements:
1. Familiarity with basic game concepts and ideally how Unity works.
2. Passion for the kind of game we are building.
3. Strong analytic abilities to find hard to repro bugs and pin them down to specific steps.
4. Lots of creative ideas.
5. Good communication skills to work with a large team.
