Hi Everyone!

I'm trying to figure out how long time it takes the PS4 to Encode a single frame and prepare to send it out!

I'm guessing it's using a AMD VCN chip to do this but Iv'e seen reports ranging from 4ms to 15ms.

Does anyone know what side is closer to the truth?
