I want to create a multiplayer 3D game in unity. guys can you help me how to learn and do my work with great accomplishment. It would be great if anybody help me out.

Go to udemy.com and look for “Ultimate Guide to Unity Multiplayer Game Development 2020” and get it.

If you haven't got a degree in games, then if possible go get yourself a 3-to-4 year Computer Science degree first; it will save you 20 years of trying to make one yourself;
