VC++ is a compiler. C++ is the language.
google can provide you with many links to c++ tutorials.
note: also see BaShildy's link. theres c++ tutorials on gamedev.net too

You must first start by learning C/C++. Start with something like Teach yourself C/C++ in 21 days or something like that...
