"Initiate"?

Sorry, this might be a stupid question, but what the hey:
When you reply to a forum, under my Handle it says "Initiate", under some other people''s it says other stuff:
What are the various values for this bit and what do they mean?

It''s just something to show how active you are on the forum. When you have posted 20 times you move from "initiate" to "dedicated". Don''t know when you get to the next level though.
Check your user profile (Click on the little head next to the date line of your post) to see how many messages you have posted.
