Need some help finding some sound effects (Like ones for magic spells, attacks, etc.) and music (like music for fights, towns, and other music realated things in rpgs).

You could always try doing them yourself or asking some friends to help you =-) You''d be amazed at what you can do with a mic and sndrec32.exe =-)
