Hunt-or-Haunt: DevLog Week 11

Hey guys, the key art of Hunt-or-Haunt has been released. Do you like it?

Sorry, this week’s update should be a little late, because we are still testing stability.

In the next few weeks, we decided to upgrade our networking solution from Photon Bolt to Photon Fusion,

It should be able to solve the network problems we are currently experiencing.

Okay, let’s talk about what’s new this week:

  1. Simplify the game flow of online games. We moved the "Quick Game" button to the main menu.
    It should be easier to join an existing game.
  2. Advanced AI behavior has been implemented. Now AI can rescue teammates who are frozen or dying,
    and even they can ask for help if they are frozen or dying.
  3. We provide a short but complete tutorial for new players. If they are already familiar with the game,
    they can exit the tutorial at any time.
  4. The localization function is completed. Players can switch and apply language at runtime.
    Support Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. We will provide more languages as soon as possible.

Finally, we would like to ask for your opinion:

We use different words to name the “ghosts” and “humans” in HoH: Najimas (Humans) and Shaitans (Ghosts).

What do you think of these words? Are they understandable to you?

Any good ideas about the names of "ghosts" and "humans"?
