Is this an imposter site that is potentially a phishing site?
P.S. All pages are up to date and all links work. The only difference is the domain name.

Can’t tell without going there and I’m not going there.

Given the name i doubt it's fishing, fishing sites try to actually copy the name closely, not make a pun on devil
This happened once before, where someone cloned thr site to try and make money from the ads on their clone...
It's a direct clone ... artwork, layout, everything. They didn't even change the name on the home page !!!
They even load forum posts and journal entries from this site !

Looks like they are just loading everything from gamedev.net. The only difference is the domain name.

If it's the same people as last time, they've changed tactics slightly, as last time, they changed the copyright information listed on each page. This time, it still lists GameDev.Net as the copyright holder.
Just confirming it's not ours, presumably something similar to that last clone site -- you can assume that they're up to something fishy, so we do not recommend visiting their clone site, and certainly not attempting to log in or post anything.
We'll look in to having it removed like last time -- thanks for bringing it to our attention.
Just made me think that if they were Israeli, they could have called it gamedev.il which would have been much cooler.
Server located in the UK... funny, would have expected China.
The last one was a CloudFlare clone, it wouldn't surprise me if they've done something similar with another caching or CDN service.
